Band Support Staff
The Band Administration support staff play an essential role in keeping the operations of Welamukotuk First Nation running smoothly on a daily basis. This includes our receptionists, cleaners, maintenance staff, and other frontline team members who ensure that the community and workplace remain welcoming, safe, and organized.
Key Roles
Receptionist – Provide a welcoming first point of contact for community members and visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day needs.
Cleaners & Maintenance – Ensure all offices, facilities, and community buildings are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained for staff and community use.
Administrative Support – Assist departments with scheduling, filing, communications, and other essential tasks that keep operations running efficiently.
Our Commitment
The support staff are often the “first face” of our administration. Their dedication ensures that community members are met with respect, professionalism, and care when they enter our offices or call for support. Their work, though sometimes behind the scenes, is critical to the success of all Band programs and services.
