The Housing/Capital Department at Welamukotuk First Nation is dedicated to supporting safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes for our community. Our team provides housing services, repair assistance, and community infrastructure support to ensure members have the resources they need. 

• Housing Repairs & Maintenance – Assisting with essential home repairs and upkeep to maintain safe living conditions.
• Garbage Bin Rentals – Providing garbage bin rentals for members during clean-ups, renovations, or special projects.
• Housing Support – Assisting with renovations, and related services.
• Community Infrastructure – Overseeing capital projects that improve community spaces, facilities, and services.
