Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department supports Welamukotuk First Nation by managing staffing, employee relations, and workplace development. Our team is committed to creating a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment for all staff while ensuring that the community’s programs and services are staffed effectively.


What We Do

  • Recruitment & Hiring – Managing job postings, applications, and onboarding
  • Employee Relations – Supporting staff with workplace concerns and guidance
  • Policies & Procedures – Maintaining fair and consistent HR policies
  • Training & Development – Promoting professional growth and skills development
  • Workplace Wellness – Encouraging a safe, healthy, and positive work environment
